NORA Safe Watch ("NORA", "we") operates nora-safe.com. This policy explains what data we collect on this website, why, and your rights. Privacy is the foundation of our product, and we apply the same standard to this site.

Data we collect

Email address — only if you join the waitlist. It is processed by Formspree (our form provider) and used solely to contact you about NORA's availability and early access.
Usage analytics — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and improve the site. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Advertising measurement — if you accept cookies, Google Ads conversion tracking helps us understand which ads lead to waitlist signups.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data.
We never send spam — only updates about NORA, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The NORA watch itself never records, stores, or transmits audio. Detection happens on-device.

Legal basis & retention

We process your email on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at sebastien@gensai.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
